Your
nonprofit organization must meet one of the following qualifications:
- Be
a 501(c) (149.1 in Canada) Organization - Your organization
would need to have a Determination Letter from its respective
tax agency (IRS for example). A copy of the letter must be submitted
with the initial enrollment form application.
- A Not for Profit Corporation - Incorporated through their respective State. A copy of the entities date stamped Articles of Incorporation must accompany the other forms.
- Be
a "self declared religious organization" - If your
group is a small religious group, non-denominational church,
etc.. You must provide our company with a letter of structural
organization with your enrollment (The structural letter should
include the name of church, founding date, leadership, number
of members, and type of religious practice.) Our company does
not discriminate against any religion.
Basically,
the program is ideal for most Charities, Churches, Ministries,
Missionary Groups, Nonprofit Organizations, Schools, Advocacy
Groups, Foundations and others.
Remember,
if you are an individual raising money for a nonprofit group,
missionary or a small nonprofit group without one of these three qualifications...
we still have a program through our main business model. However,
funds and income will be taxable.
